Kodak Charmera Keychain Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is valid for all customers who have purchased either a Calibrite Display Pro HL or Calibrite Display Plus HL with a Kodak Charmera Keychain Digital Camera promotional sticker within the promotional period.
2. The promotional period for this offer is 16th February – 6th April 2026. Customers will need to submit their claim by 6th May 2026. Visit www.calibrite.com/kodak-promo for instructions on how to submit your claim.
3. When submitting your claim to receive your free Kodak Charmera Keychain Digital Camera (Blind Box), you must complete the required fields and upload either a photograph or scan of your purchase receipt displaying the purchase date, or failing this, a digital image of your purchase confirmation email. Failure to upload this information will result in your claim being rejected.
4. All correspondence with us must be made using the same email address to enable us to track the claim through the system.
5. If your claim is successful, you will receive a unique discount code and a URL to the Kodak Charmera Keychain Digital Camera (Blind Box) product page. Add the product to your basket and use your unique discount code at the checkout page. This will then remove the cost of the Kodak Charmera Keychain Digital Camera and only charge you for shipping and handling costs. The shipping and handling costs are: £4.50 (Inc. VAT) within the United Kingdom, 5,99€ (Inc. VAT) within the Mainland Europe and 25 zł (Inc VAT) for Poland.
6. The safety of the unique discount code is the customer’s responsibility. Calibrite LLC can only send one code per valid product purchase. If this code has already been activated, Calibrite LLC will investigate the matter.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Calibrite LLC promotional offer unless stated otherwise.
8. By selecting ‘I would like to sign up to receive Calibrite Newsletters’ box on the registration form, you agree to receive emails from Calibrite LLC and partners, containing offers and news that we think may interest you. You will be able to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
9. This promotion is only valid within the United Kingdom and Mainland Europe.
10. The promotion is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
11. Claims must be submitted by an end-user customer only. Resellers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers.
12. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing of your claim.
13. Please allow up to additional 14 working days after your claim has been approved to receive your free Kodak Charmera Keychain Digital Camera.
14. Each Kodak Charmera Keychain Digital Camera is supplied in a sealed blind box and includes one randomly allocated design from the seven‑piece collection, including the secret edition. Design selection is not possible, and claims are final. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted where the design received is not to the claimant’s preference.
15. If Calibrite experience supply restrictions of the Kodak Charmera Keychain Digital Camera, Calibrite reserves the right to supply the customer with a similar product in terms of functionality and value.
16. The free Kodak Charmera Keychain Digital Camera cannot be granted to the claimant who:
    • has not purchased the qualifying Calibrite products within the promotional period; and/or
    • has not completed the on-line claim form; and/or
    • has not supplied proof of purchase (receipt scan/photo or purchase confirmation email); and/or
    • has failed in any way to comply with these Terms and Conditions
    • has already redeemed code and/or product
17. Calibrite LLC reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible claims. No responsibility will be accepted for submissions that have been lost, or are late, damaged or misdirected.
18. Calibrite LLC is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the promotion. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
19. Calibrite LLC reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the terms and conditions of the promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding all claims and supporting documents.
20. All documentation submitted for this promotion becomes property of Calibrite LLC and will not be returned. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion and future Calibrite LLC promotions and may result in the submitter being subject to prosecution.
21. The decisions of Calibrite LLC in respect of any and all aspects of the promotion will be final and binding.
22. Calibrite LLC reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms of this offer without notice if circumstances make this unavoidable.
