Payment details such as card numbers, expiry dates and CVC codes are not stored by Calibrite and are passed directly to our payment gateway providers. We use Shopify Payments and PayPal as our compliant payment gateways.
All of the data we collect is used internally by our team, to improve our website and wider business, and where applicable, allows us to communicate with you through agreed channels such as newsletters or for transactional purposes.
All of our users who consent to receive direct marketing materials from us, have opted-in using a compliant double opt-in method. If you would like to opt-out of marketing information, you can do so by visiting your account settings or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not share any aggregated data about our users to any third parties, except for where the processing is necessary for legitimate business interests. This includes but is not limited to: shipping direct from vendors and payment verification purposes. We may share trend data with third parties such as partners and vendors; however no personal data is passed.

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations, Calibrite takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Whenever you enter data on our website, your submissions are encrypted using SSL. This industry-wide encryption technique, means that the data you submit is sent only to us and the data cannot be intercepted by anyone else. All data about our users, whether sensitive or non-sensitive, is secured with the highest level of physical and electronic processes. Your data is only accessed and processed by employees when they need to. All our employees are kept up to date on our latest security and privacy processes.
