Simply fill out the redemption form found here, and once validated, our customer care team will send an email with further instructions.

How long before I get my free Power bank?

Once you have completed the redemption form, our customer care team will review your application within 14 days.If approved, you will receive a redemption code and instructions on how to receive the power bank. It can take up to 14 working days after using your redemption code to receive your power bank.
