• Why are some of the buttons greyed-out and unresponsive.

The Solution:

Calibrite PROFILER software supports several functionality levels. These are dependent on the type and licensing of the connected device. A greyed-out button indicates an option that is either not supported by the connected device or not applicable in conjunction with workflow choices.

“Demonstration” mode correctly reflects the options available to the selected demo workflow, whilst the measurement screens in demo mode are for simulation purposes only.
